At Heirloom Petals, every piece of our artisan glass jewelry is meticulously handcrafted to order. We appreciate your patience and understanding that true craftsmanship takes time.

Please review our shipping policies below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Crafting Time

Because our items are not mass-produced and are created entirely by hand over an open flame, please allow approximately 1 week (5-7 business days) for your order to be meticulously crafted, inspected, and packaged before it is dispatched from our studio.

  • Please note: Processing/Crafting time is separate from transit time. The total time to receive your order is Crafting Time + Transit Time.
  • If you need an item for a specific date or event, please contact us at [Your Email Address] prior to ordering to confirm if we can accommodate a rush request.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Estimated Delivery Times

We proudly ship to customers worldwide. To keep things simple and transparent, we offer two flat-rate shipping options at checkout. Once your beautiful piece is ready, we hand it over to trusted international carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or premium registered postal services).

Option 1: Standard Shipping

  • Cost: FREE for all orders.
  • Total Estimated Time: 3 to 4 weeks total (This includes the 1-week crafting time).

Option 2: Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx)

  • Cost: $45.00 USD flat rate.
  • Total Estimated Time: 10 to 14 days total (This includes the 1-week crafting time and fast-tracked processing).

Note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may occasionally be delayed by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, postal strikes, or customs processing delays in your destination country.

3. Order Tracking (Fully Tracked)

For your peace of mind and to comply with secure payment standards, every order is shipped with a tracking number. As soon as your order leaves our studio, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a secure link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, please be aware that your parcel may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are typically due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
  • The buyer is strictly responsible for paying these additional costs. Heirloom Petals is not responsible for any customs delays or for paying any duties or taxes on behalf of the customer. Refusal to pay customs duties will result in the package being abandoned, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

  • If you realize you have made an error in your address, please email us at [Your Email Address] within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once a package has been dispatched, we absolutely cannot change the destination address or reroute the package.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We ensure every piece is securely packaged and successfully handed over to the carrier. Heirloom Petals cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier's tracking explicitly marks them as "Delivered."

If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or contact the local shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
