Thank you for choosing Heirloom Petals. We pour our hearts into crafting each piece of artisan glass jewelry, and we want you to be completely delighted with your acquisition.

Because of the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, our return policy differs slightly from mass-produced items. Please read the following carefully.

1. The Nature of Handcrafted Glass Art

Every glass petal, bead, and structural element is shaped individually by hand over an open flame (lampwork) or through meticulous wire wrapping.

Embracing Uniqueness: Please note that slight variations in color, size, shape, and the occasional presence of tiny air bubbles are inherent characteristics of handmade artisan glass. These are not flaws or defects; rather, they are the beautiful, unique fingerprints of the crafting process that make your piece a one-of-a-kind treasure. We do not accept returns based on these natural, artisan variations.

2. Order Cancellations & Modifications

As all our pieces require meticulous craftsmanship (typically a 1-week crafting time before shipping), we only accept order cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of purchase.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address]. Once production has begun after the 24-hour window, we can no longer cancel or modify the order.

3. Items Eligible for Return

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase (excluding non-returnable items listed below), you may request a return within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and cannot issue a refund without receiving the item. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Custom Orders)

For health, hygiene, and personalization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged in transit:

  • Pierced Earrings: For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any earrings once the packaging has been opened.
  • Custom and Bespoke Orders: Items that are made-to-order, custom-sized, or customized specifically for you (such as our Crown Collections) are final sale.
  • Sale or Promotional Items: Items purchased during a clearance sale are final sale.

5. Damages During Shipping

While we package our glass pieces with the utmost care to ensure they survive the journey, we understand that accidents can occasionally happen in transit.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately—within 48 hours of delivery.

    1. The damaged item.
    2. The packaging (box and internal protective materials) it arrived in.
  • Upon reviewing the evidence, we will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

6. Refunds Process
